I’m Rachel, and I have been landlady at The Sheldan Inn since December 2019. I went to school in Welwyn Garden City - I grew up here and have raised my children here too. As a consequence I am very familiar with the local community, which remains at the forefront of my thinking as The Sheldan Inn continues to evolve.
For me, Customer Service Excellence must be our focus. To succeed in delivering it, I have a friendly, professional team that has a passion for the service we intend to offer.
We may never perfect everything, but it won’t be through lack of trying.
